About Me

I am a caring and dynamic, bilingual ( French/English) individual with a wealth of experience with children of all ages. I have worked in both private households and within a creche environment for 10 years. I go the extra mile to support their unique developmental needs and wellbeing. I recently graduated with a BA in creative musicianship, and enjoy drawing on my passion for everything creative which children and parents alike seam to love. I am not only highly qualified to care for children but also naturally relate to their youthfulness and formed very strong bonds with the families I have worked for. I have a DBS and an Ofsted Certified first aid qualification. References upon request.

My Experience

Sole Charge Part Time Position ( June 2022-now).
I was looking after two adorable little boys aged 3 and 6. This was a very hands on role, so aside from the typical school runs, playing and cooking, I was in charge of anything regarding them such as doctors appointments, play dates, cooking, bath time, etc. I worked with them full time during the holidays.
Part Time Nanny Position ( May 2021-June 2022).
This was a before and after school role, and duties were around getting the children ready for school and taking them there, doing the school run, after school clubs, homework, cooking, and bath time. I was in sole charge and full time over the school holidays and I would often take the children to museums and fun outings.
Full Time Temporary Nanny Position (September 2020- March 2021).
I was looking after a 2 and 6 year old whilst
their parents worked remotely from home. The eldest was usually at school, so I stayed with the youngest until we did the school run ( though I was home schooling during the third lockdown). Aside from cooking, playing, and outings, I was responsible for potty training and the 2 year old’s development in the English language – she is trilingual which means she has additional information to process and as a result took longer to do so. Ongoing Part Time Nanny Position (1st April 2020.)
Through the Wimbledon Babysitting Agency, I was offered a full time permanent role with a
7 month old baby, which unfortunately I was only able to fulfil for a short time due to the corona virus. My responsibilities included, virtual ( due to the pandemic) Monkey Music classes and baby gym, meal preparation, general supervision and care of the child, and to follow a bedtime routine.

Wimbledon Babysitting Agency (February 2020- before lockdown.)
This agency provides ad hoc jobs, which enriched my experience as I had to be adaptable to each household. Duties would vary from a night time babysit where I would feed the children, play, read to them, and put them to bed, to full day care.
4 Month Part Time position ( November 2019- February 2020).
Here I contributed to the running of a private staffed household. My job was to work alongside the house keeper, to ensure the smooth running of the household. I was responsible for two girls aged 4 and 6. I would typically do the school pickups, take them to
after school clubs and nurture their French speaking including homework.
Part Time Summer Position ( Summer 2019).
This was working with a 6 year old bilingual child, where I was able to support him to
develop his French speaking and homework.
Full Time Live Out Summer Position (Summer 2017).
I was looking after a three year old girl during the university summer break. This position was hands on as I was the sole responsible adult from 8am to 6pm every day of the week, excluding weekends. A typical day in this household was to ensure the child was ready for the day, being in charge of a healthy balanced diet, organise and supervise all the daily activities, all to fit with her family’s time table.
Club Crèche (2013- now when extra help is needed).
Alongside another assistant or the owner, I am in charge of observing the crèche environment and making sure the children are happy and safe. Typical duties include changing nappies, milk bottle feeding, supervising meal times, playing with the children, organising outdoor activities, and making sure ballet and music classes run smoothly.
