3 girls 2yr old 4yr old and a 8yr old daughter,
Require Experienced person as kids are lively but wouldn't expect to look after all 3 alone at home.
Rate of pay is depending on experience. Some weekend work availability is good also.
Flexibility if needed to stay etc can help but not essential but we have spare rooms!
Maybe school drop maybe required one day per week for the two older ones, its around a 7minute drive.
