Throughout the past decade, I’ve worked with children ranging from newborns to late teens, in both private homes and nursery settings, and supported housing. My approach is warm, attentive, and structured. Whether I’m singing lullabies to a baby, helping with phonics and homework, or planning creative outdoor adventures, I strive to create a safe, engaging, and joyful environment where children feel valued and supported.
Like any childcare professional, I’ve encountered my fair share of challenges—whether it’s helping a child navigate separation anxiety, supporting behavioural development, or keeping calm during the chaos of school mornings. I believe what sets me apart is my ability to stay patient, think on my feet, and always put the child's emotional wellbeing at the heart of my response. These moments, though tough, are often the most rewarding, and they’ve helped me grow into a confident, adaptable, and empathetic caregiver.
As a live-in nanny, I understand that this is more than just a job—it’s about becoming a trusted and respectful part of the household. A nursery role - caring for ages 2-4
Creating stimulating and educational activities
