About Me

Hello! My name is Grace and I am 26 years old. I have first hand experiences with children as I have my own little boy. I am also a deputy manager of a children’s home so I have a DBS on the update service, first aid certificate, specialised experience in challenging behaviours as well as autism and ADHD. I also have childcare qualifications as well as experience supporting with deaf and blind children.

My Experience

I have worked in sports camps and primary schools teaching PE, IT, Maths. I have worked with ages 15-16 year olds in a summer residential as well as full time working with children ages 4-17. I also have a child of my own so I have plenty of experience with all ages. I have worked over a 4 year period in residential childcare working with children with SEN needs and I am currently part of the senior team managing a children’s home and do babysitting around these hours.

My Qualifications

I have a DBS certificate, first aid, Level 3 food hygiene, qualified with a level 3 in childcare.

My Availability

I do shift work and babysit children around these hours, if you don’t mind your children interacting with my 4 year old boy then I have a lot more availability during the day also especially in half terms.
