My Qualifications
My passion is childcare and child development and children's mental health. I am a state-certified social assistant, which is equivalent to a degree in SEN training, nursery nurse training with aspects of elderly care. I completed my degree in Germany and graduated successfully in 2014. Over the past 6 years, I have worked numerous times as a nanny, babysitter, and in various roles within families as an au pair. I've been a general evening/weekend/emergency /hotel babysitter and have provided care for approximately 60 families throughout London.
I have great experience as a nanny for twin babies on three occasions, caring for children aged 0-1, 0-2, and 4-11 years old. As well my employment with a family where I cared for the eldest twins and a 1.5-year-old toddler. ( I can provide great written references)

Michelle babysat our 5 year old son during summer holidays. Our son is autistic without intellectual disabilities. Michelle was great in engaging him in creative fun: making things from clay, drawing, creating 3D models of things, etc. She was always patient with him and worked around his interests. Our son had a lot of fun.
