Silvia is a great nanny. Caring, compassionate and exceptional with children.
My son, Noah, was born in lockdown. Consequently, he was unfamiliar with new faces when I first left him in Silvia's care. However, she was able to bond with him almost instantaneously.
Silvia is genuinely nice. She also makes an effort to keep you updated about how your little one is getting on throughout the day. Including with pictures and videos, if that is your preference. As new, inexperienced parents, we were extremely anxious about leaving our little boy with someone new. Silvia managed to quickly reassure us.
My son was always sad to be parted from her. That is testament to level of care she provides. I cannot speak more highly of her qualities as a carer and character.
