My Experience

I’m a professional nanny with several years of hands-on experience caring for children from as young as 3 months old up to 9 years old. My childcare journey began as a night nanny for a newborn, where I helped establish healthy sleep routines and provided overnight care to support both the baby and the parents. As the child grew, I transitioned into a full-time nanny role with the same family, managing everything from nursery drop-offs to mealtimes, developmental play, and bedtime routines.

Over time, I’ve worked with several families, often caring for more than one child at a time — including newborns, toddlers, and school-aged siblings. I’ve supported families through major transitions like introducing solids, sleep training, potty training, adjusting to nursery/school routines, and welcoming new siblings. In one role, I cared for two young children, one of whom was 6 months old at the time, and took full responsibility for the baby’s daily care including sensory classes, soft play, weaning, naps, and playdates.

In another role, I cared for a second baby in a family I already worked with, taking over full care from when the baby was 6 months old until the family relocated abroad. I’m often trusted to stay with children while parents travel, managing all aspects of their routine independently – from meals and bedtime to emotional support and daily outings.

My responsibilities have regularly included:
• Planning fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities
• Taking children to classes, nursery, and playdates
• Preparing healthy meals and snacks
• Managing nap and bedtime routines
• Supporting early learning and development
• Light housekeeping related to the children (laundry, tidying, beds)
• Booking appointments and keeping daily routines organized

I am passionate about providing a warm, loving, and structured environment where children feel safe, happy, and supported. I genuinely enjoy being part of a child’s growth and love forming long-term bonds with the families I work with.

My Qualifications

Level 4 Maternity Nurse Training

focused on caring for newborns and supporting new parents during the postnatal period. I am trained to a high professional standard in areas such as newborn health, feeding (breastfeeding, formula, combination), sleep conditioning, postnatal recovery, and creating safe, nurturing routines.

I am available Monday - Friday

My Fees

• Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
• Nannying from £17.00 per hour (net)
