Amazing childminder!
I am so thankful to this lovely lady for her briliant job and commitment to some crazy hours that she had to do to look after my 3,5 year old daughter. My daughter can be difficult at the times, but Jo handled situations in a calm way and get through to my daughter better then I do. Not only Jo handled my daughters behaviour, she also discussed it with me and cave me some good advices on how to deal with some behaviours. Jo became a family member, even though we only have know each other for a few weeks. My daughter asks about this lovely lady almost everyday!
