I have a degree in BA Primary Education at Plymouth Marjon University. I have also recently completed my postgraduate degree in Early Years Initial Teacher Training qualifying me as an early years teacher! I am topping up to my full Early Years Masters in September 2023!
I have a wide range of experience, which includes; schools, an after school play worker, nurseries and being the oldest of four children (the youngest being 5).
The summer of 2022, I flew out to America to work at an American summer camp! I had the best summer ever, I gained amazing life lessons, made incredible friends, and lived in a whole new culture. At camp I was a general counsellor for 10 girls aged 7. The best way to describe this would be, I was a “mom” to 10 amazing little girls for 7 weeks. Whilst they had the best summer I could provide them.
I currently work in a full day care setting, as a Well-Being and Family Support Lead, Monday to Friday. I love my job and working with children.
I have a full clean UK driving license and an up to date DBS. I have my paediatric first aid certificate at Level 3.
Although currently, my availability is slim due to work commitments. I would happily do weekend baby sitting. Day, night or both (including full weekend).
