Most professional and highly recommended

Choosing a child minder for the first time is a daunting process; I now speak from experience. However, we were fortunate enough not to have looked much further than Kerenza Moore.

From our first meeting and on a personal level, Kerenza came across as knowledgeable, calm and totally organized. All certification and associated documentation was immediately presented neatly in ring binders ready for our perusal.

We were seeking a child minder to work on a two weekly rota; Monday, Tuesday and Friday for week one, and a Monday only for week two. Quite difficult we thought, however for Kerenza our ‘complex diary’ has been no problem whatsoever.
Kerenza has been totally organized from day one and our initial impressions of her have held up and she hasn’t once let us down.

Our daughter, Sarina was a little over seven months old when Kerenza commenced child minding for us back in the cold, wet, icy, gloomy short days of January 2013 and to this date Kerenza has never been late or had to cancel any appointment.
I, on the other hand, due to work commitments have been a little tardy, and Kerenza has always been able to accommodate just that ten minutes here and there.

To my knowledge Sarina has never suffered any anxiety over being left with Kerenza, clearly a testament to her skill and professionalism. All anxiety has been from my end, and to begin with, I’d phone Kerenza at lunchtimes and she would cheerily put MY separation anxieties to rest!

Kerenza is proactive in allowing Sarina to socialize with other children, both her own and in playgroups and in my opinion this is a vital aspect of a child’s development.
Kerenza completes a daily diary for our child detailing feed times, nappy changes, days out and activities. This has proved an extremely useful tool in charting Sarina’s development.

In Kerenza’s care our daughter has grown from a seven-month-old bundle to being a happy and confident toddler, her development has been phenomenal.
Nothing has ever been too much trouble for Kerenza and our baby is always ready for collection, on time, clean, with a full belly and most importantly smiling. Thank you Kerenza!

Kerenza IS the consummate professional and we really struck it lucky the day our search coincided with her vacancy.

Simply Fantastic

Kerenza has been caring for my son Isaac for over a year now, I could not be happier. She is genuine, caring, honest, and a natural with children.
Putting Isaac into childcare was a very tough thing for me to do, he was only 8 months old.... However, Kerenza managed to make the whole process bearable and reassured me the whole way through.
I have no doubts that the care he receives is of the highest standard.
Upon arrival Isaac walks into Kerenza's home happy and confident after a kiss goodbye, that alone speaks volumes. He is very comfortable with her and her family and has become fond of her 2 children.
Isaac is always taking part in activities and groups and comes home with his masterpeices. Kerenza is often out walking and going to the park.. Isaac gets plenty of fresh air.
I really cant praise enough the work Kerenza puts into ensuring every child under her care receives the very best.
I feel very lucky to have her and know that Isaac is too.
I would absolutely recommend Kerenza to anyone.

Highly recommended!

When considering childcare options for our son, it was important to us that we found an environment that would not only cater to his needs, but also to our objectives for his development. When we found Kerenza we felt we had hit the jackpot!

Baxter arrived in Kerenza’s care at a difficult time in his development as he was experiencing separation anxiety, and Kerenza could not have been more accommodating and professional in her approach. Not only did she listen and take on board what we told her about his needs, i.e. not too much fuss etc, but she also demonstrated an innate sense of what he needed and he took to her straight away.

In terms of the service we receive from Kerenza, her communication is fantastic and the activities she undertakes with Baxter are perfectly suited to him in that he is out and about and stimulated by trips to the park and local children’s sessions at the library. We love being kept up to date each week by Baxter’s diary, and would not hesitate to recommend Kerenza to anyone as a caring, accommodating and professional child minder. We couldn't be happier!
