Ana has been looking after our daughter Lola and we could not recommend her enough. Ana is an exceedingly warm and loving person. She is very invested in your child and feels ike a mum figure. She always gave Lola lots of hugs and made her feel very warm and cared for. I also love Ana's positivity - she is always so smiley when she greets you in the morning, it genuinely lifts the spirits. She is also very straightforward and easy to deal with - confident in what she's doing, but isn't pushy and doesn't get fussed about things. Making for a very easy and relaxing parent/childminder relationship! She is also flexible, if you have specific needs to be accommodated, she's generally happy to adapt.
Anna is also very patient and dedicated in doing all the admin to secure the government funding, which is a big help
