So rude for Childminder

So unpleasant welcome,She literally kick us out,all because my son wanted to see the garden,so rude from her side,not professional at all,what supposed to be if she work with children,So parents,please think and observe twice before you choose this Childminder. I am still shocked from her behaviour and my son too.

it’s a regret that you feel this way …
but ultimately in order for my business to run smoothly I need to follow certain criteria which works for me..
as I explained to you over the phone …
My first initial meeting with you is about us getting to know each other and registration process and not a free trial ….initially free trial should be our second meeting…
As I also said during the meeting that at 7pm it’s dark in my garden and I personally can’t allow a special needs child unsupervised out side while we chat inside …specially on a huge trampoline…I need to follow my policies …again it’s a regret that you found this rude…but your child’s safety is my main priority

Please Mom's of special needs children or autistic like mine, think twice before you choose this Childminder. She didn't accept my child because he is on special needs, but she represent herself that she works and she is fine with children with additional needs what is not True! So disrespectful and discriminated! So if you want to live your child with person who doesn't have empathy at all, go ahead! My advice is Don't !!!

I think you may have the wrong person, as far as our conversation went we didn't discuss your child or their additional needs. We only discussed what availability I had and nothing further.
However I do take children with additional needs and this will be based on the environment being suitable for that child's needs.

Mom's of special needs children Never ever go to this Childminder, O explain her everything on phone that my son have autism and she was ok with that,like no worries bring him,I book driving lessons I took him there and when she saw him, she literally kicked us out,like oh he need more attention, I can't have him! It's really disrespectful and discriminated! I told her why you didn't tell me earlier, like she pretend that she didn't know,but you can see on her face he is lying and she wants just to rid of us!
There is another comments about her that she is so disrespectful but I didn't believe, now I saw in person!
Didn't you ever go to this Childminder!

Sorry but after being told that your child just needs to have activities and he would be fine… I saw him and observed him and realised that he would require a one to one childcare.
I had many other autistic children and special needs but knew I would be able to give that child all support and care. Sorry to upset you.
