I took on Juliet as a childminder and she initially seemed like a really caring person. She was then apparently suspended by OFSTED for a period of 8 weeks between December 2013 and January 2014 due to being investigated for bringing harm to another child in her care. After this period and she was free to continue childminding. She then put up her fees to an extra £80 a week (meals not included!).
By the end of the summer she was charging £530 a week for 15 hours for 2 children. I feel these fees were far to high. Whilst in her care, my son acquired a burn due to her negligence. She became very, very aggressive and threatening due to her wanting me to pay her for the time of which she was suspended. According to her, the total she wanted me to pay her for the time she was suspended, was nearing one and a half thousand pounds. This breaks the terms of contract as stated by PACEY.
This woman has allegedly harassed other mothers for high fees of money she has charged. She became very aggressive and intimidating, she cannot control her emotions; even in front of children. DO NOT be fooled by her soft voice and smile because I feel she is dangerous!! All this woman cares about is MONEY. She is a greedy EXTORTIONIST who pries on single mothers to make a quick buck for doing little to no work and quick to lose her temper. Think twice before placing this woman in care of your children.

Rachel is not telling the truth. All childminders and child care providers should be extra careful when dealing with Rachel. After sorting her student finance with agreement she planned ahead without my knowledge not to pay me with her mother backing her. Uptill now she still owe me more than £1k.
Concerning the child it was an accident due to disobedience as l follow the necessary protocal to protect the children before and after the accident.
