We are a family of 3, 2 "mams" and a 6year old.
My Requirements
My wife, Skye and I obtained guardianship of her 6 year old little sister, Briar or Bee for short, in November following their mother's death. We are struggling as a new family to stabilise work/life/childcare balance.
"mum" one, worked shifts as a paramedic and "mum" two will start working FT later in the year.
We have both previously worked as aupairs/nannies, however, cannot house a live in aupair at the moment, so we are searching for a live out au pair/nanny.
there is no set hours as would depend on shifts, however could give 2 month notice of work requirements.
school pick up, evenings, overnight and weekend shifts required.
looking to pay a set amount per month,, to be discussed.
maximum 35 hours, anything over 35 hours would be paid at 10£ per hour
