- Attendance has been inconsistent and unpredictable
- Last-minute schedule changes have occurred frequently
- Reliability issues have impacted our daily routine planning
- Communication about availability could be improved
- Has not turned up and not provided any calls or explanations

While Lily has shown positive qualities in her interactions with children, the lack of consistency in attendance and scheduling has made it difficult to maintain a stable childcare arrangement. This has affected our ability to plan and maintain regular routines and imperative work schedules.
