Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and skilled Nanny to work with and nurture our delightful, playful, and engaging 5-year-old child who has been diagnosed with autism. The ideal candidate will be organized, structured, and possess a patient, encouraging, and fun nature.
Minimum Job Requirements:
-Organized and structured approach to childcare.
-Proficient in all aspects of childcare, including organizing, cooking, feeding, laundry, morning and evening routines, toilet training, and child development.
-Physically active and willing to participate in walks, short exercise routines, and teaching sessions (training provided).
-Ability to engage in patient and encouraging interactions.
-Understanding of how to interact with and provide discipline for children with autism (training provided).
-Proficiency in conducting a specialized curriculum (training provided).
-Capable of cooking and managing a special diet, including Vegan, Gluten-free, and Asian cuisine. Preparation of school packs may be required (training available if needed).
-Comfortable with a trained Therapy dog.
Seeking a single candidate.
Permanent role with live-in expectation to fully support the child. The child attends school Monday to Friday.
Timings:
-Monday to Friday, with early start to assist with morning routines before school (start time 6:30 am).
-Availability required for after-school and early evening routines.
-Occasional weekend work may be necessary.
-Flexibility to accommodate varying hours and potential travel with the family.
-Ability to work within strict timelines.
This role demands someone who is passionate, skilled, and highly organized.
A competitive remuneration package will be provided based on experience and ability.
Accommodation:
A newly built, adjacent one-bedroom apartment will be provided, including all bills and TV. The apartment encompasses approximately 500 sqft and features a separate living area and kitchen, private bathroom, and bedroom.
