My Requirements

hi and thanks for checking out my profile!
we are looking for a childminder (half terms only) for my youngest boy who is 3.5 years old currently. He attends a local nursery (pre school) for 15 hours per week and they close during half terms as its part of a primary school.
We are in Coley, and preferably looking for a childminder for this area only. We are looking for him to continue 15 hours per week (morning sessions only) to keep his routine as much as possible. Also his cheeky self continues to ask to go to "school" during weekends and half terms which breaks our hearts as he's NEVER enjoyed being away from us previously when we once put him in a private nursery. This is the reason we would like to continue his routine etc during half terms, so he doesn't go back some steps when it's time for his current nursery to open once more. He has thrived so suddenly since starting local nursery, and we truly want this to continue as much as we are able to.
He is speech delayed very slightly, we are pursuing further assistance at this time from speech therapy services. His speech has suddenly improved very much being with others his own age in his class within 2 weeks, but is still slightly delayed. He has now outgrown his kindey reflux but still requires very frequent fluids in order to prevent a relapse.
Dad works full time. Mum is stay at home and expecting another child in May 2024. Mum is also undergoing treatment for serious health issues hence our further need for childcare during half terms to attend appointments and for much needed rest to help keep symptoms at bay.
