A mum of 3 returning to work in Feb after having my last gorgeous boy who will be 1.
My Requirements
My partner and I are looking for a registered childminder for our 1-year-old and wondered if you might be open to a slightly flexible but very predictable arrangement.
My husband works a shift pattern, however he receives his work rota 12 months in advance, so we are able to confirm exact days and hours well ahead of time.
Our childcare needs would be:
Child’s age: 1 year
Start date: February 2026
Care needed: 2–4 weekdays per week (varies by week)
Hours: between 8:00am and 6:00pm
Days: weekdays only (no weekends)
We are happy to commit to and pay for the agreed booked days/hours
We completely understand that flexibility needs to work around ratios and other families, and we’re very keen to find a long-term arrangement that works well for everyone.

Looking for someone nurturing who can take my baby to nice classes and give him a stimulating day. Must have DBS, experience and clean driving license.
