We have booked Carly 4 weekends now. Out of the 8 Days she can called off 4 days and been in 3 hours late one of the days.
You dread waking up to a message with some half baked excuse with her not coming in. This morning her dad couldn’t bring her and a taxi was too expensive and even though we offered to pay expenses she completely ignored our message. On one occasion we even picked her up and brought her in as she had a migraine and her dad wasn’t there to bring her. Yesterday she sent us some screenshot from a friend at 5am and her saying “sorry I won’t be in”, clearly out drinking.

We booked her well in advance and also confirmed each evening before she was due to come in. She is the most unreliable person we have ever worked with.

We work from home and due to other personal reasons need someone to be here when they say.

If you are looking for reliability do not book Carly as she will let you down.
