Part time after school nanny wanted in Golders Green
We are looking for a part time live out nanny (22.5 hrs/week) from 3 November 2025 for two little girls (6y, 3y) for a welcoming, professional British/Australian family. We are looking for someone to become a valued part of our family life, as our existing nanny is relocating overseas to live with her partner (with full handover provided to new nanny).
My Requirements
Hours: 1.30pm - 6pm (22.5/hr a week), Monday-Friday. Negotiation possible for the right candidate - please do still get in touch if you are looking for hours similar to this range. Opportunity for full time hours in school holiday on ad hoc basis to be agreed in advance with nanny.
Location: Golders Green, close to Northern line tube station and central bus station; parking available if required.
Duties: School pick up (on bus, car not required) and after school care (reading homework).
Cooking (batch cooking, preparing children snacks, preparing school lunches).
Light housekeeping (toy rotation, cleaning up after children meals, children laundry).
No pets. Cleaner employed.
Requirements:
You must have previous experience with toddlers/children and be confident in meeting their needs and being active.
Reliability, patience, Montessori-style and a sense of fun is key.
Enthusiasm for cooking would be much appreciated as we value someone who can help us manage child nut allergy.
Excellent spoken English important.
Checkable references and a DBS essential.
We offer a good rate of gross pay plus annual performance bonus.
