Charlene is the love and light my son adores. She makes sure to follow his dietary requirements correctly. She is loving and caring exactly what I was looking for in a childminder. She is the mother my son needs when I have to work. The environment is always clean and smells clean. She is always willing to help and super understanding to all needs. I was worried about my son going to a childminder rather than a nursery but he gets the one to one care he deserves and he’s made some lovely little friends. The communication from Charlene to parent is perfect! She literally adapts to the child’s needs. I am so pleased we went with Charlene I couldn’t be happier. Truly one of the most honest and caring people I have met. A true asset to the world.
