Ami has a lovely personality i felt safe and assured leaving my 6month old with her as he grew so close to her so quickly. Ami promptly responds to texts and emails but has been known to cancel evening before or on morning as we were making our way. This has been a bit of a let down as shes cancelled 3 mondays in a row. Ive respected these as she had viable fair reasons for other responsibilities. But after being with her for so long i saw it unprofessional as these could have been carried out any other 4 days out the week when my LO wasnt in her care. Our last week which was planned in advance for Ami to have my child, she has cancelled all together due to family reasons again. No alternative/ subsidiary care has been suggested (which was assured to me would be the procedure by ami) and ive had no answer from her since. Young mothers using C2L i would definitely discourage from this service i feel this was reason for lack of cooperation. But older children will enjoy their time with her.
