Ellie looked after my 3 year old daughter when my new baby arrived. She was always trustworthy, reliable and kind. She didn't hesitate helping also with the baby, cuddling and changing nappies when my oldest needed me and has always tried to accomodate last minute requests for childcare help.
She is italian, and speaks fluently both languages. I would not hesitate to recommend.
