My Requirements

I'm looking for a childminder or Nanny 1-2 days a week. Likely starting at just 1. This will be confirmed. 4 hours needed per week currently. Hours would be anything in between 8:30am and 4pm. We can give 4 weekly Rotas.

I consider myself and husband very gentle parents. We have always followed this approach and it works well for our daughters. Someone that also believes and has a high standard of knowledge on this ethos would be welcomed. I also consider us to be quite creative people with particularly a huge love of music, art, and travel. I love my girls to be outside exploring. We incorporate this into our girls upbringing and encourage it within their day to day. As a mixed family, it’s important to us that you have a positive outlook and knowledge on diversity and inclusion in general, that this is reflected in your practice or setting and that it is celebrated as a whole. This is VERY important.
You would likely only be looking after our youngest only as our eldest will be in school. For this reason it’s very important you have a high standard of baby and early years experience. A good knowledge of the EYFS is important to us also. I come from an education background myself working with children ages 6 months-11 years for 14 years before moving finally on to my passion of photography full time.

We would likely start our baby off with 1 day a week and extend to two later.
