About Me
My husband and I are both working parents who have recently been notified that our 3 year old old have speech/ language, social communication delays and gross motor delays. I am looking for a SEN nanny SQL level 4 or 5 with basic makatons knowledge. Who can assist my little boy on part time basis to help him develop his speech & language/social communication/ gross motor skills and assist with potty training ( in progress) . We have already appointed a speech therapist who comes on weekly basis but we need someone who can give 1:1 attention to him when I am working. I work from home so will be accessible all day long. Needed ASAP on Monday and Tuesday (8.30/9 am to 5pm) . I might have flexibility with Wednesday and can be discussed.

Shabana has been working with my DS since he was 2 and a half years old. He has speech and language and gross motor delays. Shabana put in so much effort to understand him and his needs and made a plan and understand strategies along with specialists and us which works for him the best. She accompanied me in finding a nursery for my DS which is more inclusive. He has made a huge progress with Shabana and he is a changed kid. She helped him with potty training and it was not an easy task. In his 5 months in he is fully trained. She always keep herself calm and is very professional and has the most positive attitude. She is a brilliant nanny and my son adores her. She is trustworthy and anyone who hires her will be lucky to have her.
