Louise instantly put us at ease, she is kind and warm and welcoming and is careful to curate an environment for the children she cares for to flourish in. Our son has thrived with her and loves going to see her and the friends he makes from the others she cares for and the connections she has with other minders in the area. We've loved getting photos of what they've been up to in the day and that she keeps in touch if there are any concerns. We really couldn't have asked for any more from her and how much she has cared for our little one, we feel very lucky to have found her and got a place! We are so grateful to have found someone we had zero qualms leaving our child with, she is brilliant!
