Hello, I’m Bianca, a registered childminder based in Whitehill & Bordon, Hampshire, with over 10 years of hands-on childcare experience. Childcare is something I’m genuinely passionate about, and I’m committed to offering a warm, welcoming, and nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued, and excited to learn.

I hold a Level 3 childcare qualification, paediatric first aid, and have extensive experience working with children who have special educational needs. I believe strongly in individuality, and I take time to understand each child’s personality, needs, and routines to make sure they feel comfortable and supported.

My Approach

My setting follows a child-led and play-based approach. Children are encouraged to explore, use their imagination, and follow their natural curiosity. Whether we’re doing sensory play, arts and crafts, reading stories, building, or exploring outdoors, I aim to create meaningful experiences that support learning and confidence.

My Setting

My home offers a large, secure garden where children can enjoy outdoor play all year round. We do gardening, nature exploration, messy play, and the children especially love spending time with our friendly chickens, helping to feed them and learning about animals in a gentle and fun way.

Socialisation & Activities

We enjoy a varied weekly routine including local playgroups, educational outings, and meet-ups with other childminders. This gives children regular opportunities to make friends, build social confidence, and experience the world outside the home environment.

School & Ages

I welcome children of all ages and accept all government funding.
I also provide school drop-off and pick-up for Weyford Primary School.

My Commitment

My goal is to provide a genuine “home-from-home” setting where children feel happy, supported, and inspired. I work closely with parents to maintain open communication, trust, and consistency, ensuring every child receives personalised care that helps them thrive.
