My Summary
About Me
LOOKING FOR A NANNY OR MOTHER’S HELP?
Hello, my name is Amy, and I may be the ideal candidate for your family. I am looking for either a full-time live-out role, a part-time school pick-up position, or a nanny share. I am also a proud mum to three children (ages 12, 11 and 7), all of whom are in school.
I am a sociable, kind, and caring individual who loves supporting children’s development. I am flexible, reliable, and a good communicator with a fun-loving personality and a strong sense of humour.
My experience includes:
Nanny share – Worked with two families caring for three children (two babies and a toddler). I introduced baby-led weaning, established routines, toilet trained the toddler, supported her English language development, and organised engaging daily activities such as playgroups, parks, and library visits.
Sole charge nanny – Cared for a baby from 4 months old until the family relocated abroad. I supported all key milestones including weaning, walking, and first words, while ensuring each day was filled with learning, fun, and care.
Nursery & children’s centre roles – Supported babies and children (6 months–5 years) as an under-fives education worker and volunteer. Responsibilities included planning and delivering activities, conducting risk assessments, supervising meals, providing parent feedback, and supporting early years development in line with EYFS.
I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education.
I am dedicated to creating a safe, happy, and nurturing environment where children feel secure and inspired to learn through play. I love to plan stimulating, age-appropriate activities — from messy play and painting to singing, reading, cooking, and outdoor adventures.
Working with children is more than a career to me — it is a rewarding vocation. I pride myself on offering a loving, structured environment filled with fun, laughter, and plenty of cuddles.
If you are looking for a caring, experienced and reliable nanny or mother’s help, I would love to hear from you.
Kind regards,
Amy Quinn
