Hello! I’m Maria José, a passionate psychology graduate with a BPS-accredited Master’s degree and experience supporting children and young people to develop emotional resilience and manage anxiety. I’m dedicated to helping kids and teens build key social-emotional skills that empower them to thrive in school, friendships, and life.
I design and deliver fun, interactive workshops, 1-1s, and coaching groups focused on emotional literacy, anxiety management, and social skills. My passion lies in working therapeutically with children and young people to build their social-emotional skills, manage anxiety, and enhance emotional literacy.
