About Me
I've spent my whole life with children and I love to spend time in nature with them, being curious and ensuring they have fun and feel safe. When children feel safe and loved they are free to create and express themselves, for their own growth and development.
I'm keen to work with a family who value time in nature, healthy eating, minimal plastic toys and minimal or no screen time, and who aim for a low impact/ sustainable lifestyle. I prefer it when children can create their own games from natural resources.
My Experience
12+yrs nannying, newborns - teens. 25yrs experience working with children.
I was a nanny for 12 years before having my own children. I was then a tutor, an English teacher, a Steiner school assistant and then managed a thriving community health food store.
I am now also a qualified Forest School leader and outdoor education facilitator, running home-education groups and holiday clubs. I have many additional qualifications and trainings, including outdoor education facilitation, mentoring, emotional literacy, children's mental health, first aid, challenging behaviour, safe-guarding, teaching English as a foreign language and much more.
I am experienced with neurodiversity, including those on the autistic spectrum and those with dyspraxia, dyslexia and ADHD.
I have 25years experience working with babies and children, in peoples homes, in groups and in children's clubs.
My Qualifications
Forest School Leader (level 3), paediatric 1st Aid, emotional literacy, autism awareness, children's mental health, challenging behaviour, safeguarding (level 3), BA Degree in Business, Marketing & Psychology, A level's in English and business. Teaching English as a Foreign Language (beginners up to IELTS/ GCSE level)

I am currently available at all times and looking for a combination of nannying and babysitting.

I charge from £15 ph, depending on number of children, times of day, number of hours etc.
