Hello :)
My name is Stacey, 21 from Edinburgh. I am offering my services in childcare from birth to 18. I have SEN experience and currently work as a PSA in a SEN school supporting children daily, helping with tasks such as eating, drinking, transitioning from A to B, interacting with them and supporting them with personal care. I love to learn new things. I am caring, patient, prepaired and love joining in with fun/messy activities! I will try my hardest to support your family to my fullest ability. I love getting involved in different activities, enjoy finding new and creative ways for children to learn.
There is a saying that I have loved ever since I heard it "meet the child where they are and not where everyone expects them to be" I will always meet the child where they are on every level possible.

My Experience
I have 2 years experience in a nursery, supporting children with additional needs on a 1:1 basis. I'm currently a PSA in a SEN school. I also know from both the childcare setting and homelife how tricky it can be to provide addequet support without any resources and how difficult it is to receive support at home.
I have also worked at St Crispin's OOSCA supporting children in a child lead environment.
I currently work in a school for children with additional support needs as a PSA where I support children and young people with many things. E.g personal care, transitions, taking part in group activities, and supporting them in different social settings. I am constantly learning new things about myself and different disabilities (autism, down syndrome, epilepsy, ADHD , learning difficulties, Non verbal), expanding my knowledge and work ethic
My Qualifications
I have worked in a nursery for 2 years and I am currently working in a school. I will also be starting college part time in September working towards my SVQ level 3 social services children and young
My Availability
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £11.50 per hour
- Nannying from £15.50 per hour (net)

PA - £12.50

Stacey has helped up regularly as a bedtime nanny/ babysitter one evening a week for several months, and we are very happy with her service and experience. She was always prompt and an excellent and courteous communicator. She was kind and patient with our 2 boys aged 2 and 4 and we are grateful for the benefit she brings to our family wellbeing.
