Mercy is a natural with children, nurturing, and calmly confident. There’s a light about her that can’t be faked. It’s in the way she welcomes your child like family, balancing affection with gentle guidance. She truly feels like that auntie every child would be lucky to have — someone loving, real, and reliable.

My daughter, who has limited words and can be quite a handful at times, was met with patience, care, and understanding. Mercy handled everything with calm and kindness. When I picked up my daughter, she was happy, clean, and content and that meant the world to me.

She also took the time to check on us the next day, which speaks volumes about the kind of care she gives — not just to the child, but to the whole family.

Her home is full of life, toys, and love — more like a warm, happy family home than a polished nursery, and that’s exactly what makes it feel so comforting.
Mercy has a gift, born to teach, to nurture, and to care. I’m endlessly grateful our paths crossed. She’s someone who will stay in our hearts for a long time.
