Hello, My Name is Emily, I live in Eckington with my partner of 20 years and our 3 children. My partner and I worked in pubs together for 4 years and we very much enjoyed it, my partner has continued in this trade alone as I felt I needed a change. I went on to become a hairdresser and trained in organic hairdressing, I did this for 7 years but I have now decided to come out of this trade.
I have been a nanny in the past, before having children and for a while after having children.
I had my first child, a girl, Fern in Oct 2012, my second child, a boy, Freddy in September 2014, and our third child, a boy, Monty in 2017. I decided to apply as a nanny and pursue a future in childcare as I love children, I have fantastic references and experience. Including twins. I am kind, friendly, trustworthy, patient, loving and caring, I am energetic and fun!
My Experience
I began babysitting children from the age of 14, I helped out a young mother of 3 children who was a friend and a neighbour I helped days, evenings and weekends sometimes sleeping over, the children were newborn to 3 years old and I assisted with feeding,cleaning, playing and general duties. I then looked after them on my own when I was old enough, and we developed a great relationship. I was also helping out friends and family with babysitting from the age of 18. I have been a nanny for twins who were four months when I started my position, a 1yr old boy, sisters who were 2&4 and a brother and sister who were 10&8, and of course I have my own children!
My Qualifications
I am happy to do a CRB check and have lots of references most from a professional background.
My Availability
I am available from now and I am happy to work Monday-Friday, times can be discussed. I'm happy to do the occasional evening. I can be as flexible as I am needed to be and I am happy to work as many hours as required.
