About Me

Hello, my name is Kim.
I am family orientated person as I spend most of my free time with my family. I live with my partner Lewis and our son Oakley who was born in 2022.
I am an introvert who loves to read.

I am a home from home registered childminder. It is my belief that every child is unique and I use that mindset to support every children in a way that is bespoke for them. I plan the environment and activities based on their interests and their developmental needs.

My Experience

I have over ten years of experience working with children, mostly in the early years but also Primary Aged children. I have worked as a childminder’s assistant, a nursery room leader, and an after-school club manager.

My Qualifications

I have achieved a BA Honours Degree in Professional Studies (Early Childhood), but I have also completed NCFE Cache Level 3 Award in Preparing to Work in Home Based Childcare.

My daughter Lottie has been with Kim for 2 years and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. Kim has helped Lottie in so many ways including her speech, confidence and creativity. Kim organises different activities for the children so no day is the same she really takes the time to help their development needs with helping them reach the targets she has set for them.
