My Experience
I support and encourage children's personal and social development. I help children to explore the environment, develop new social skills, promote healthy eating and early language development. Also I observe the children's learning , which links to the EYFS to see the child's development. If the child is behind in an area, we set targets and next steps to help the child improve. Every child has a learning journey, filled with their observations, pictures and activities to see the child's progress. At parents evening, parents/carers are able to look back at their development and nursery life . I make sure I follow daily routines which gives the children security and structure while learning, this helps the child know the different stages at nursery/home. For example, entering nursery, washing hands, free play, breakfast ect, and we will do the same each day.

I have level 3 diploma in childcare
Level 2 in safeguarding
Food hygiene level 2
completed first aide training
