A Truly Exceptional Childminder

My daughter has been with Jackie for the past two years, and I can honestly say she has been everything I ever dreamed of in a childminder — and more.

From a child’s perspective, Jackie is warm, cheerful, and endlessly engaging. Her home is not only beautiful but also full of fun and creative activities that keep the children entertained and happy. My daughter has never once felt bored — in fact, she loves going to Jackie’s and is genuinely upset on the rare occasions she can’t attend. Whether it’s arts and crafts, water play, or seasonal celebrations like birthdays and Christmas parties, Jackie always adds a magical touch that delights the kids.

From a parent’s perspective, Jackie is the epitome of reliability and professionalism. She communicates clearly and well in advance about her holiday plans or any changes in routine, such as taking the children to the local park after school. This level of transparency and organisation has given me complete peace of mind. I’ve trusted her 100% with my most precious little person — and that’s not something I say lightly.

Jackie consistently goes above and beyond — not because she has to, but because she genuinely cares. As a working parent, knowing my daughter was so well looked after while I was in the office meant everything to me. I felt supported, reassured, and incredibly lucky to have Jackie in our lives.
