I have found Lauren flexible, understanding and compassionate. My son clearly loves her, her partner Chris and their assistant Emma - at drop off I can see he is excited to spend the day there. As a nervous first-time mum they made settling in easy when I had to go back to work. Their setting is home-from-home with lots of outside space which has been the right fit for us. I feel confident my child is safe and happy at Lauren's.
