Disappointing Experience

I am deeply disappointed by the experience my son and I had at Tender Troops Nursery. Despite assurances and promises made about my son's progress, the nursery failed to deliver on their commitments and even retained funding meant for his education when he was no longer attending their setting.

From the outset, the nursery staff seemed enthusiastic and eager to support my son's development. However, it quickly became apparent that their words did not align with their actions. Despite continuous positive comments during pick-ups, the nursery failed to address any concerns or provide tangible evidence of my son's progress.

Furthermore, it is unacceptable that Tender Troops chose to keep the funding allocated for my son even though he had left their establishment. This not only raises questions about their financial practices but also reflects a disregard for the intended purpose of the funding - to support my son's educational needs.

Adding to the frustration, after months of assuring us of their ability to teach our child, the nursery suddenly began complaining about his behavior. This inconsistency in their approach and communication only served to exacerbate our dissatisfaction.

In summary, our experience at Tender Troops Nursery was marked by unfulfilled promises, lack of progress, and ultimately, a failure to prioritize my son's education and well-being. I would caution other parents considering this nursery and urge them to thoroughly evaluate their options before enrolling their child.
