About Us
The Old Station Nursery High Wycombe is located within the grounds of Manor Farm Infant School. The nursery provides full time and part time care for children aged 0-5 years.
Our nursery has been carefully designed to help children thrive and flourish in a natural and engaging learning environment. Inside, the rooms provide a warm and welcoming space to enhance the children’s development.
Our small size is what makes us truly special; we are a close knit, home from home nursery welcoming up to 30 children per day. Our smaller size means that our team know every child and family across the nursery; ensuring that we can provide the very best learning opportunities to each child and support to their whole family.
Outdoor play is extremely important to us here at The Old Station Nursery High Wycombe. We believe in giving children plenty of opportunities to explore, touch and evoke curiosity in the world around them. Our outdoor space is well equipped with resources, such as Grab and Go boxes, a reading corner, a sand pit and insect habitats, for the children to explore. We are lucky to benefit from our own fruit trees and vegetable patch which the children enjoy engaging with and learning about.
The nursery is ideally located on the grounds of Manor Farm School so that when the time comes, the transition to ‘big school’ is as smooth and seamless as possible. We work closely with parents to ensure that the children are exceptionally prepared for their next stage of learning.
We are open from 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday for 51 weeks of the year (we are closed at Christmas and on bank holidays).
