I am a mother of a baby boy, and I live in Reading. I work full time, and will be needing help once I go back to work.
My Requirements
The number one requirement that I would need is someone who is patient with babies. I would need help in looking after my son maybe three days a week, depending on my days off. I might also require help in emergency situations i.e sudden change of my work schedule.

My son was with Cindy for the whole day and it went very well. He had lots of activities, and Cindy made sure that the day was fun for my son. He was a happy when I saw him in the afternoon, no sign of stress at all. Cindy knew how to deal with young children. I will definitely go back to her if she has space. Thank you Cindy.
