About Me
We're looking for a lovely live-in Nanny for our 4 month-old & 3 year-old girls. Starting April 2026, 45-50hrs per week, in Notting Hill, London.
We've just become second-time parents to a baby girl called Siena who was born in December, and we have an older daughter called Athena who is 3 and in full-time nursery.
I (Riya) am an entrepreneur, and my husband (Alex) is an investor at a private equity fund. I’m Indian but grew up in London, and Alex is French and grew up in Paris.
As we emerge from the newborn phase with our second daughter, we’d love to find a wonderful live-in nanny to join us from April 2026, to support us as we balance our careers with family life.
We see this as a long-term role and we would look to co-create the weekly schedule with you and evolve the role as the girls grow up.

My Requirements

Accommodation: Live in
Start date: April 2026
Hours: 45-50 hrs per week
Given Athena is in full-time nursery, the role will at first be skewed towards looking after the baby, but we’d love to work together as a team to establish a thriving home as they grow.
This will involve…
- Helping us maintain a good infant feeding & sleep routine, managing transitions as she develops
- Changing nappies, washing & sterilising bottles
- Engaging the baby in stimulating, age-appropriate play
- Taking the baby out for walks, classes & playdates (we’re 5-mins from Hyde Park :))
- Supporting us through weaning, preparing healthy nutritious meals as she gets older
- Occasional drop-off & nursery pick up for Athena (10-min walk from our house)
- Helping with bath & bedtime for both girls
- Doing both children’s laundry
- Tidying both children’s bedrooms and play areas
- Light household chores (e.g. emptying the dishwasher)
- Occasional evening and weekend babysitting
- Supporting us in raising our daughters with warmth, kindness, and curiosity
You will likely…
- Have prior experience with and enjoy looking after infants & toddlers
- Be excited to support early learning and development through play, songs, stories & outings
- Have a passion for healthy eating & cooking
- Enjoy keeping spaces clean and tidy
- Be fit and active
- Be nurturing and kind, bringing positive energy to everything you do
- Bonus: Speak French!
