There is no doubt about it, having Jackie onboard to help with our twins not only allowed us to survive the early months it made it a really lovely and special time for us, just as it should be. Parenthood first time round left us anxious, exhausted, and sleep deprived. Just knowing Jackie was coming to help this time made us relax throughout the pregnancy and got us off to such a better start. Jackie's knowledge and experience is invaluable. Her calm and easy going nature is perfect as is her flexibility around days, length of booking etc We cannot thank Jackie enough for all her advise and support. We now have two very happy little girls who are in a great routine and sleep beautifully at night which in turn, makes mummy, daddy and big brother very very happy too !

Our twins were born on the 26/07/13
My wife spent the first 4 weeks in hospital.
I googled and found the childcare website,and joined up.
Local Agency's were unable to help fit our criteria.
Being new to parenthood, the lists of what we wanted for our precious new borns were extensive.
Someone with experience of twins , impeccable references, and someone we felt comfortable with in our home was a must.
Jackie has a wealth of experience, but allows us to enjoy being new parents ,and has given advice at the right moments.
We feel we have been extremely fortunate in finding Jackie, which has allowed us to enjoy our girls after a good nights sleep.
Jackie has helped to settle them into a pattern from an early start.

Overall
Jackie had the extra job of seeing me through my labour as my husband was away working. She was a source of great comfort to me both during the birth and for the few weeks afterward when I used her services.
Jackie is extremely calm, experienced and knowledgeable. She had some very good tips but was equally very good at giving you space and finding your own way as a mum -a difficult balance to strike!
I'd have no hesitation in recommending Jackie

I was very anxious to have some help and relief when I had my twins as I also had a 2 year old at home. As an experienced mummy I was keen to have someone who would follow my lead and be flexible about how I fed, settled and dealt with my babies but also offer some practical and emotional support.
I could not have chosen better.
Jackie was supportive of my decision to breastfeed on demand while still able to offer great tips on settling multiples, and giving us a much needed night off once a week. She was relaxed, charming and easy to relate to - often listening to my worries and concerns with understanding and good humour while we settled the twins down for the night. I cannot say how I looked forward to my Monday "night off" when I could guarantee a good night's sleep while my babies were looked after by someone I trusted entirely. She was even happy to babysit for us one evening while we went out for my birthday - I don't think there is anyone else I would feel comfortable leaving like that.
She was always punctual and reliable, but also completely flexible and happy to follow our lead for how often and for how long we needed her.
I would recommend Jackie to anyone, for one baby or mutiples, as the most supportive and helpful nanny you could possibly hope for.

Jackie came and helped me when I had a newborn and a toddler. She was great at helping with the newborn to give me some space, but she was also amazing with my 2 year old.
She was great to have around the house, flexible and brilliant with the kids.
I highly recommend her as does my friend who has subsequently used her.
