Mama to my 2 1/2 year old son - suspected autistic and ADHD and my 1 year old daughter.
Been a Sen mum is really difficult and challenging and also having a baby!
I’m needing some help and support.
I’m wishing to pay for a private nanny so my children can remain in the home.
Sometimes I would like to go out to my appointments without the children or just simply have a night off.
I’m looking for someone who’s flexible and wishing to work and be committed.

She seemed ok at first. I’ve never had a babysitter or nanny. Didn’t know what to ask etc but thought I asked all the right things.
We agreed for her to come to my home today at 6pm I messaged a couple days before to remind her and said I would like her to bring a CV and 2 references if possible.
After this I never heard from her again. She was quite an active talker until I mentioned this and 2 trial days.
I did say I would pay her for the trial days too.
I have a son wish suspected autism so thought that would be good for him to get used to her and see how he gets on.
Clearly she told me all I wanted to hear just for it to end up a dead end.
No reply from her.
I’ve left it at that and may consider nursery instead.
Sorry this wasn’t successful.
