About Me
I am a mum of 2 girls aged 5 and 7. I am a working mum. Work in the hospital doing shift work.
My Requirements
I am in need of someone to look after my children from early morning, approximately 7am. I work in Craigavon hospital and my shifts are flexible over3 days. My girls enjoy playing with dolls, dress up, love animals, enjoy the outdoors, games and football. I can be flexible with whatever 2 days suit the childminder.

Michelle is good with children my two girls enjoyed being with her playing, going on trips ect. However she has been unreliable and unprofessional with regards to lifting them from playgroup and school. Running late due to having too many young children to cope with, not turning up causing the child anxiety, forgetting the time, sleeping in, being in a incident and not contacting us at all until after 9pm. This caused our family stress whenever we were both in work.

Michele comes to our house most school mornings to provide childcare for our 2 girls aged 3 and 5 depending on our shifts. Michele is very friendly approachable and brilliant with children. Our 2 girls have been very fond of Michele from the very start which makes it easier leaving them. Michele is organised and able to get the children into routine with ease. She puts the children first, plays games with them such as I spy and is focused on their development and well being. Michelle ensures the girls are dressed neatly, does their hair (which they love) and takes them too school. We are so thankful we found Michele as she is perfect and it is very difficult to find early morning childcare. She has also minded the girls on school holidays and they enjoy the adventures that Michele organised., Going to the park, soft play, folk parks, planetarium and other enjoyable educational age appropriate places.
