My Requirements

After School Nanny / Au Pair (Live-In or Live-Out) – Cobham, Surrey

We’re a friendly family based in Cobham, Surrey, looking for a caring, energetic and reliable after-school nanny or au pair to help with our two boys, aged 7 and 5, who attend school in Oxshott.

Approx. 20 hours per week, including around 4 hours of house cleaning each week.
We’re open to live-in or live-out arrangements.

About the Role:
We’d love someone warm, fun and proactive who enjoys spending time with young children. Our boys are very sporty and full of energy, so this role would suit someone who’s happy to run around in the garden, kick a football, and join in outdoor games.

You’ll need to be a confident driver with a full and clean UK driving licence, as daily school pick-ups and runs to clubs are part of the job.

Main responsibilities:
• School pick-ups and sports/club runs (driver essential)
• Helping with homework and reading
• Preparing simple, healthy dinners
• Bath and bedtime routines
• Light household duties and weekly cleaning (approx. 4 hours)

We’re happy for the right person to bring their own child, provided it fits with the after-school routine.


Hours:
Around 20 hours per week, mainly weekday afternoons (around 2:30–7:00pm), with some flexibility and the potential for additional hours during school holidays or evenings.


We’re Looking For:
• Warm, patient, and dependable
• Driver essential – confident driving children locally
• Positive, energetic and enjoys outdoor play
• Experience with school-aged children
• Fluent English and good communication skills


If Live-In:
We can provide a comfortable private room and bathroom within our home in Cobham, with meals and access to family facilities.
