I first met Tracey over 2 years ago when my son Caleb was just 6 months old. First impressions count - Tracey is very welcoming, a good listener and above all loves children. A year and a half ago we decided to put Caleb under Tracey and her family's care for Full Time Childminding - It was the best decision we ever made.
Our sons social, physical and educational skills grew day by day. His all-round skills, including Communication, Spelling and numeracy are now well beyond those of his peers.
As well as the above skills, Tracey spends a lot of time with the children getting to know them personally, their characteristics and any weaknesses that they have. Tracey creates action plans and communicates with the parents in order to try and progress your child through any areas in which they may appear to be lagging behind.
In general Tracey provides a safe, playful environment in which the children can play. The children are taken to a variety of baby/toddler clubs weekly and the children are also taken on outings. Tracey provides healthy food at meal times and encourages the children to feed themselves and try different foods.
