The very best care

My little one came to Pippa 2.5 years ago now and has thrived in her care. I knew instantly as I went into her lovely setting that this was a place where he would be happy and I would be equally as happy and confident leaving him there. The experiences and opportunities that Pippa has given him have been amazing, he is always out and about and comes home telling us all about their adventures. He has made a lovely group of friends there that he looks forward to seeing every week. Now that he has turned 3 he now also attends a pre school setting but his days with Pippa are definitely his favourite! Being a primary teacher, Pippa has a vast range of knowledge and understanding of how young children learn best in the early years and utilises this in the best ways. The children use outdoor learning to support development but also inspire curiosity and interest in the world around them. Communication is fantastic, photographs and updates throughout the day to put your mind at ease but also give you an insight into the fun that they have had. My little one loves looking through the photos when he comes home and telling us all about his day with Pippa and his friends. I will genuinely miss Pippa and her lovely family when my little one starts school as they have been such an important part of my little one’s journey. Can’t recommend Pippa highly enough!

My daughter’s favourite person

My two year old daughter came to Pippa not long after coming out of hospital with many illnesses affecting her and she was welcomed with the warmest smile and comfort. Pippa had adapted herself to learn how to feed through a feeding tube which she was more than happy to do.
She settled in so easily with the most lovely set of children and Pippa made that possible! My little girl dances out of happiness whenever she gets out the car to go to the house in the morning, where she can’t wait to go for a hug! We love Pippa and her family so much

The Most Amazing Childminder!!

Both of our children have attended Pippa's play days from just 8months old, they are now 4 and 2. The amount of time and effort that Pippa puts into providing a fun, educational and safe space for the children is outstanding.
Both children have come on in leaps and bounds since being with pippa in all areas including physical skills, social skills and educational skills. Pippa takes time to prepare the children for starting reception and has an unbelievable knowledge of the EYFS framework and ensures all of the activities are age appropriate and engaging. They go on lots of fun trips out and always come home happy and smiling with lots of stories to tell.
We would highly recommend Pippa and cant thank her enough for being such a big part of the children's early development we feel that the time they have spent with her will stand them in excellent stead going forward to school and we hope to be able to continue using Pippa’s play days for years to come.

The most amazing setting for our little girl

We honestly can’t recommend Pippa highly enough. Our little girl started with her at just 6 months old, and is now almost 3. The progress she has made since then has been incredible. Pippa has played such a big part in her development socially, emotionally and in her confidence, and we genuinely can’t explain how grateful we are for the care and support she provides.
Every day is an adventure. Pippa takes the children out somewhere exciting, giving them new experiences and opportunities to learn about the world around them. From local activities to even managing trips to the zoo with four children (which is braver than we’d be!), she goes above and beyond to make each day fun, stimulating and memorable.
We also really value the regular photo updates and detailed feedback about what they’ve been up to. It’s lovely to see snapshots of their day and to receive updates on progress towards each term’s goals. It’s clear that there is real thought and structure behind the learning, not just childcare.
Communication is excellent. If there are ever any little bumps or accidents, we are informed immediately, which gives us complete peace of mind. We always know our daughter is in a safe, caring and nurturing environment.
Pippa is warm, professional, organised and genuinely passionate about what she does. We feel very lucky to have found her and couldn’t ask for better care for our daughter.
