We are seeking a warm, reliable, and experienced babysitter to care for our 11-month-old daughter. The role will be part-time (15 hours per week, funded).

Previous childcare experience with babies (references required)
Educational approach to childcare – ideally with Montessori or forest school/learning background
Enjoys spending lots of time outdoors and encouraging play-based learning
