Hello! My name is Alice and I'm a student at the University of Bristol. I've worked in nursery settings for 2 years and am also a brownie leader for children aged 7-9. I love engaging in play and learning activities both child-led and adult-led and adore all things frozen and Disney. I believe I can build strong relationships with parents and we can work together to carry out a routine that works for your family!
My Experience
I've worked in nurseries for 2 years, with children aged 9 month to school ages, with a focus on preschool ages. At nursery, we used the EYFS curriculum which means I am well experienced with child development. As mentioned earlier, I am a Brownie leader, currently working on my official brownie leadership qualification which would mean I could manage a unit of up to 20 brownies. Finally I volunteer with a church in Bristol as a leader of their kids team, specifically with the 1-2 group and 3-4 group.
My Qualifications
I have multiple DBS checks which have been carried out since the start of the year, which I am willing to provide. I also have a pediatric level 3 first aid qualification and a level 2 safeguarding qualification.
My Availability
I am open to more occasional work as I am a university student and would be unable to commit to lots of hours
