About Me
Hi, I'm Siena, I am 25 and from Portstewart on the North Coast and have been living in Belfast since 2018. I studied IT at Queen's and live in the Rosetta area.
I would describe myself as gentle, friendly, fun and outdoorsy. In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, walking my dog & watching movies. I am a reliable, punctual and organised person.
I had full-time babysitters growing up so I appreciate how important these people are and the impact they have on children in their younger years. I strive to be fun and caring babysitter who they will want to spend time with.
Available throughout the week for babysitting work after 5pm and free to help on weekends.
I have my own car, I'm a non-smoker and I am comfortable with pets.

My Experience
I have had experience looking after my younger cousins who are now 8 & 10 years old, although I have helped with babysitting since they were toddlers.
I have also taken care of other children from local families on the North Coast when the parents have needed a deserved night off! References for these families are available on request.
I spent a year volunteering in a local primary school, helping to teach P5's basic Spanish in my A-Level year. This was suggested to us by our teacher to enhance our language skills, and I thoroughly enjoyed this time helping these children learn and grow.
Since graduating and being in Belfast full-time now, I am now open to babysitting opportunities here.
My Qualifications
Most of my qualifications are IT or academic related.
However, I achieved my National Beach Lifeguard Qualification in 2016. I worked work local surf schools as their beach lifeguard (Alive Surf School & Long Line Surf School). This allowed me to demonstrate my ability to work with children and show responsibility in a situation where lives may be at risk.
Had to be approachable, friendly, welcoming and treat injuries when necessary. During lessons, I was responsible for general supervision of the group taking part.
This role allowed me to volunteer at the Disability Surf Festival and The Wave Project, two organisations that use surf therapy to help children and enhance their quality of life.
Being a lifeguard also included being a fully qualified first aider which meant that I had to administer treatment whilst on duty. Had to remain calm and follow correct procedures to provide the best care.
I also really enjoy performing arts and have taken part in a few amateur drama productions for fun. I have my Grade 8s in singing and acting and I feel like these have really enhanced my confidence.
My Availability
I am currently available to help throughout the week in the evenings after 5pm as I work full-time.
I would also be available to help occasional weekend evenings & overnights.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
£12 an hour for one child, £15 for more than one
